the staff were really friendly and helpful. i appreciated the convenient 24 hours mini mart , that was really useful. the free shuttle to the mall and beach was great. i thought it was a great value stay in a convenient location.
the pillows were not comfortable and i found that quite annoying. there were no toiletries in the room at all , not even basic ones. the hair dryer was not working, i think this needs addressing. the shower did not have cold water , which was strange.

the rooms have good air conditioning and bedside usb charging ports. rooms also include a safe and a mini fridge , that worked very well. the blackout curtains were effective.

the reception service was awesome , the staff were friendly. the breakfast service staff were very nice too. i found the service to be excellent throughout my stay , exceeding expectations.

The staff promptly addressed a minor issue i had. the free shuttle service to key locations was useful. i appreciated the gym facilities. There were several cardio machines available.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The location is central making it easy to get around. My room was clean and tidy. The gym was decent.
Service was slow and the valet service was bad. The air conditioning was insufficient. I asked to change rooms but the problem persisted.

the convenience store in the hotel was helpful.
The air conditioning was a problem. It didn't seem to work well enough. i asked to change rooms thinking that would help, but the temperature was the same throughout the hotel. it was uncomfortably hot in the hallways and other areas, too.

The free shuttle i booked the hotel for only runs before check-in and after 7 PM , SO it was useless for me. The staff asked me to write a google review right when i checked out , I found that A LITTLE pushy.

I REALLY liked the central location. It allowed easy access to major attractions. The gym had several cardio machines and weights for a great workout. The refillable water bottle stations were a thoughtful touch. Staff was VERY friendly and always available.
The elevator wait times were occasionally a little long.
